Those crisp sharp lines are probably what make this different from my other works. This is one of my smaller artworks on canvas that has never been shown to the public before this.
I remember starting and completing this on that day and year when our country was going through that historical election when the new government (now opposition) won. My fiance was out covering the election at Johor back then, while I stayed home, painted this and followed those intense news updates online.
I called this piece the "New Dawn" because of the significance of that day. It is time for this piece to bless a new home now.

"New Dawn" ~ for with every day that passes by, it is a new day indeed, and that means new refreshed energy, new opportunity to pause and reflect.
That's what this painting brings - new opportunity, hope, faith, renewed energy to various possibilities that lie ahead.
